Necessity! 

Yes, the owner started out driving for Uber and Lyft. After driving UberX and Lyft for a while, I decided to move to a larger vehicle (Hyundai Palisade) but within a short amount of time I decided to move to the Black Car service on both platforms. It was at that point that I really started to lean about the industry. 

I realized how drivers and passengers were being taken advantage of on both platforms, across all tiers. From UberX & Lyft, drivers complained about long hours for less and less money. Everyone said the same thing, "You have to build your own book!"  Private clients were the answer.

The problem was finding an affordable solution for billing, quotes, reservations, and customer management. Sure, I could do everything manually: Googling the distance, comparing prices, coming up with my own price, and then calling or emailing the passenger to let them know the price, but there had to be a better way. There was not!
